4 tomatoes, roughly chopped
1/4 red onion, rougly chopped
1 tsp. dry basil
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 loaf Italian bread
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop bread into 1" thick cubes. Set aside.
2. Combine tomatoes, onions, olive oil, salt, and basil. Stir.
3. Add water to vegetable and olive oil mixture. Let rest for 30 minutes.
4. Add bread, stir, serve.
