Marinate the follwing ingredients overnight or for several hours:
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. Redwine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Several dashes of Tabasco
1 - 2 cloves of minced garlic
Chopped scallions or red onions
1 can drained Great Northern beans
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 can garbanzo beans
Before seving, add a handfull of chopped cilantro
2 chopped tomatoes
2 chopped avocados
2 chopped cucumbers

2. You can omit or add as many of these ingredients as you want.
