1/2 tsp. crystallized ginger
1 tbsp. gin
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. brown Ssugar
mint sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fill 8 champagne glasses with balls or squares of fruit from melon, watermelon, papaya, pineapple, singly or in combination (1/2 cup fruit per person).
2. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp. crystallized ginger, finely chopped.
3. Pour over:
- Gin
- Lime juice
- Brown sugar
- Garnish with Mint Sprigs
Served chilled on a 5-6in. underliner dish.
