3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/8 cups milk
1 1/8 cups oil
1 1/2 tbs poppy seeds
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions:

Combine ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans, or spray with Pam. Bake at 350º for 50-60 min. (35-40 minutes for 5 little bread pans and 30 min. for muffin tins).

To make a glaze for the bread combine the following and pour over bread while still warm:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice--not concentrate
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 T melted butter
