1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, grated
1 potato, grated
1 1/2 c. water
Ground beef, shape into meat balls.
Salt, pepper and oregano to taste
1 can tomato soup
Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with salt, pepper and oregano, Shape into meatballs and cook until done. Set aside. Combine water, onion, celery, carrots and potato. Bring to boil and cook until vegetables are tender. Add meatballs to soup. Add tomato soup, then fill the can with water and add. Warm through.
