1 cup oil
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon allspice
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons baking soda
teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon cloves
2 cups pumpkin, cooked
4 eggs
1 cup nuts, chopped, (opt.)

Mix oil and sugar. Add pumpkin and eggs. Add salt, soda, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. Add flour. Add nuts. Mix well. Grease 7" x 3" loaf pans. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until done.
