3 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup fruit (fresh, frozen or canned), drained
1 cup nuts, chopped
½ cup milk
3 eggs
1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, powder, soda, sugar, orang rind and salt. Add eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly. Add butter and juice. Mix, but do not beat. Fold in nuts and fruit. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and set aside for 15 minutes. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until tests done.
