1 cup sugar
½ cup butter, melted
¾ cup flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
¾ cup wheat flour
½ cup water
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons grated lemon peel
1 cup granola

Streusel Topping:
1 tablespoon flour
1½ tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar
Grated peel from ½ lemon
2 tablespoons granola

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flours, baking powder and salt. In another bowl combine butter, eggs, water, lemon peel and juice. Add to dry ingredients and stir until moist. Stir in granola. Pour into greased 3" x 5" x 9" pan. Bake 350° F for 45 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes.
