29 ounces can cling peach slices
¼ cup butter, melted
3 cups flour, sifted
1 egg
1 tablespoon baking powder
¼ cup sour cream
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup walnuts, chopped fine
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peaches. Safe 5 for topping and puree remainder. In separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and allspice. In another bowl, mix pureed peaches, butter, egg and sour cream. Pour peach mix into dry ingredients. Mix until moist. Pour into greased 2" x 5" x 9" pan. Mix nuts, brown sugar and sprinkle on dough. Arrange saved peach slices on top. Bake 350° F for 50 minutes, or until tests done.
