1 - 14 ounces Jar spice apple rings
2 eggs
cup brown sugar, packed
2 cups flour
cup butter
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
cup walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
cup milk
teaspoon nutmeg
teaspoon ginger

Peel and mash apple rings. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Set aside. In a bowl cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs and vanilla. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add alternately to creamed mix with milk. Fold in nuts.
Spread one third batter in greased and floured 3" x 5" x 9" loaf pan. Drop one third apple mix on top. Repeat layers to make 3 layers of each, ending with apple mixture. Bake at 350 F for 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
