1 can beets
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, cornstarch, water and vinegar together. Mix well and boil 5 minutes. Add beets and simmer 30 minutes.
