4 med. sized (2 lbs.) Russet potatoes
3 T. dry onion soup mix (Knorr)
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 T. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub, do not peel, cut each potato lengthwise into 1/4-1/2 in. wide spears. Place spears in even layer on a 12 x 14 in. sheet of heavy duty foil. Evenly sprinkle with onion soup mix and pepper, then dot with butter. Bring edges of foil together over top of potatoes. Fold together to tightly enclose potatoes, then fold in ends to form a leak proof packet. To bake place packet in 400º F oven for one hour.
