* 2 pounds lean ground beef
~OR~ 1 pound each beef & ground pork
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1 cup dried bread crumbs
* 1 {15 ounce} jar pizza sauce/divided
* 3/4 cup finely chopped celery
* 1 envelope Good Seasons Zesty
Italian dressing mix
* 1 egg/slightly beaten
* 2 TBSP. fresh chopped parsley

Directions:

*Heat the oven to 350.
*Lightly spray a shallow baking pan.
*In a large bowl,soak the bread crumbs in the milk.
*Add the meat,1/2 the pizza sauce & the rest of the ingredients.
*Mix together well & shape into an oval in the baking pan.
*Bake for 1 hour.
*Spoon over the rest of the pizza sauce & bake 10 more minutes.
