1/2 cup crushed potato chips
1/2 cup finely ground pecans
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter at room temperature
1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a medium bowl, combine crushed potato chips, ground pecans and flour. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in egg yolk and vanilla extract. Fold in dry ingredients.
With damp hands, form dough into 1 inch balls and place 1 1/2 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes until cookies just start to color. Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
Store in air tight container between sheets of waxed paper.
