1 small leg of lamb, not more than 6 pounds
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Have the leg of lamb boned and split open by the butcher. Combine all other ingredients and marinate meat in mixture for 2-3 hours, turning several times. Grill over medium hot coals will grill cover closed. It will take 15-20 minutes each side for medium rare, and 18-24 minutes for medium.
Transfer to cutting board and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
