Ingredients:  
4 individual sized tenderized beef steaks
1 beaten egg
1/2 C bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chopped onions with 1/4 cup of soup, beaten egg. Dip steaks in this mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. Pan fry steaks in small amount of oil until done. Remove from pan. Drain any extra oil from pan, add rest of soup mix, stirring until smooth. Place cooked steaks in soup mix, simmer 15 minutes. Remove steaks from soup mix which is now your gravy. Season with pepper as required.
