FOR DIPPING SAUCE :
* 8 ounces softened 1/3 less fat cream cheese
* 2 cups confectioners sugar
* 2 TBSP. fresh orange juice
* 1 cup shredded coconut
* 2 hefty dashs of nutmeg

FRUIT :
*Can be whatever is your favorite , whatever is in season etc.~ MAKE IT COLORFUL !
* Note : Apples & bananas will turn brown with air exposure. You can squeeze a little fresh lemon juice over them right before serving

*With your electric mixer , whip up the cream cheese.
*Add the sugar.
*Slowly add the juice. {you may add a little more to make it the consistancy you'd like }
*Hand stir in the coconut & the nutmeg.
*Serve the dip in a bowl in the middle of a platter with the fruit surrounding it.
*Festive toothpicks are a nice touch.
