1/4 c. butter
1 & 1/2 dozen eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in 9x13" glass baking dish in oven. Remove from oven. Thoroughly beat eggs, sour cream, milk, and salt. Stir in green pepper or onion or combination. Pour into glass dish. Bake until eggs are set but moist (35-40 minutes). Fry bacon until crisp, and crumble into small chunks. Remove egg from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese, and serve.

I combined all the night before (except the bacon) and baked in the morning; adding bacon and cheese as noted.
NOTE: I also like to add 1 cups of seasoned croutons to the egg mixture before baking.
