2 c. chopped rhubarb
1 scant cup (not quite full) sugar
2 egg yolks
1 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 c chopped rhubarb in boling water. Let stand 5 mins and drain. Mix together the sugar, egg yolks and flour. Mix with rhubarb and bake in unbaked pie shell.

This is another recipe that Nana gave me in 1981. It was her mom's recipe and Nana made these pies with a meringue topping. They were delicious!
