Small oven-safe dish
Cornflakes
1 or 2 eggs
Butter or Margarine
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Coat dish with nonstick oil or cooking spray. Fill dish with cornflakes, making a pocket in the middle (to avoid breaking egg yolks, make sure edges of flakes are not sticking up). Fill pocket with 1 or 2 eggs. Place small pieces of butter over flakes and eggs, according to your taste. Add salt and pepper. Place in preheated oven at 350ºF for approximately 30 minutes. You may separate egg yolks before cooking or remove yolks after cooked.
