Strawberry Cake:
1 box of white cake mix
1 small box of strawberry jello
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. frozen strawberries
1 c. cocunut (angel flake)
1 cup of pecans (chopped)
Filling:
1 stick margarine
1 box powered sugar
1/2 c. drained strawberries
1/2 c. pecans (chopped)
1/2 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix the cake mix and the strawberry jello together dry. Add the oil, frozen strawberries, coconut, pecan, milk and the eggs to the dry mix. When adding the eggs to the mix, add one at a time. You can bake in 2 or 3 layers.
Filling:
Cream sugar and margarine together. Add other ingredients and spread on the cake while it is slightly warm. Let set overnight for best results.
