Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
11/4 c. walnuts
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can cream cheese frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake mix as directed. When adding the water to the cake mix, only use 1 cup of water. You will also use 1 cup of pumpkin in the cake mix. Add the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and 1 cup of the chopped walnuts to the cake mix. The cake does bake best in a bundt pan, but you can use another size cake pan. Bake as directed on the cake mix. Once the cake has cooled completely, frost with the cream cheese frosting. Take the 1/4 cup of walnuts that are left and crush them up and sprinkle evenly over the cake.
