2 lbs. chuck, round steak or stew beef, cut in cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ soup can of water (or to desired consistancy)
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2-3 tbsp. sour cream
cooked noodles or rice
Directions:
Directions:
Combine soups and water. Add meat, put in a deep casserole, cover. Bake 2 hours a 350º. Just before serving, add 2-3 tbsp. sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles/rice.
