2 pounds fresh mushrooms
4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspooons lemon juice
2/3 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice mushrooms through stems into 1/4 inch slices. In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms in butter. Cover and cook until juices exude and mushrooms are just tender; drain. Sprinkle mushrooms with lemon juice. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, salt, pepper and flour. Stir into mushrooms and blend well. Place mixture in a 9 x 12 x 2 inch casserole dish, Sprinkle with parsley and shredded Swiss cheese. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to serve, place in preheated 450º F. oven for 10 minutes until thoroughly heated.
