1( 3.5-ounce) package sliced pepperoni

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 cup purchased pizza sauce

3/4 cup shredded provel or mozzarella cheese

Crackers or toasted pita bread wedges

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-inch glass pie plate. Use kitchen shears to cut pepperoni slices into small pieces.

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in sour cream, Parmesan and garlic salt. Spread into the pie plate. Top with pizza sauce, spreading it into an even layer. Sprinkle with provel or mozzarella, then with pepperoni.

Bake about 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm with crackers or pita wedges for dipping.
