2 pounds ground chuck, browned and drained
2 medium sized jars of salsa
2 packets of taco seasoning
1 1/2 large bricks of velveeta cheese, cubed
Tortilla or other dipping chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place browned and drained beef in crock pot. Add salsa, taco seasoning and 1/2 of the cheese. Mix well and turn crock pot on low. As cheese melts and crockpot warms, add more cheese. Use more cheese for a cheesier dip and less for a spicier dip.
Serve with tortilla chips of your choice.
