12 oz. Rotini Pasta
1 cup salad oil
2/3 cup Teriyaki sauce
2/3 cup white wine vinegar
6 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. toasted sesame seeds*
6 cups cooked chicken breasts
8 cups spinach leaf
2/3 cup sliced green onions
1/2 c. toasted sliced almonds
1 large can mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the pasta al dente - - not too soft. Mix salad oil, Teriyaki sauce, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper. Shake well and pour over cooked pasta then place in Ziplock bags until serving time.

*Optional: 1/2 C. toasted sesame seeds (put in shallow pan and cook seeds until golden, stirring constantly, cool then add to mixture.)

Prepare the following and store in separate containers:
6 c. cooked chicken breasts (sliced or cubed)
8 c. spinach leaf
2/3 c. sliced green onions
1 large can drained mandarin oranges
1/2 c. toasted sliced almonds

Wait to combine all ingredients until just prior to serving.
