2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 pounds round steak
1 teasoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup water
1 bouillon cube
2 green peppers, cut in strips
1 onion cut in bite sized chunks
3 fresh tomatoes cut in wedges
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak in bite size pieces and brown in butter. Add salt, pepper, water, bouillon cube, green peppers and onion and cook on high, simmer for 30 minutes. Add tomato wedges and simmer 5 minutes more. Make sauce from cornstarch, water and soy sauce and add to above and simmer five minutes more. Serve over hot rice. 1 cup coarsely chopped celery can also be added to the pan with the green peppers.
