1 ½ cups salsa garlic powder

1 tomato, chopped chili powder

Sliced olives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat. Season with cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Add salsa and tomato. Remove from heat and set aside. Spread beans evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle with olives and cheese. Roll up tortillas tightly and arrange in an 9x13 baking dish. Pour meat sauce over top evenly. Sprinkle generously with more cheese. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes. Cut in squares and serve. Garnish with chopped lettuce, onion, tomato, sour cream and sliced olives. Note: it takes about twice as much cheese as it calls for. We used 10 tortillas and a small can of beans. But you can use more of both.
