1 lb. sirloin tip
2 T. cooking oil
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 t. sugar
4 c. thinly-sliced celery (8 stalks)
1 c. green onion (chopped), or 1 large onion
8 1/2 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
4 oz. can mushrooms
16 oz. can bean sprouts, drained
Hot cooked rice
Soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice steak. Heat oil in fry pan; add steak. Cook and stir only until steak has lost red color. Add water, 1/4 cup soy sauce and sugar. Add remaining ingredients; stir-fry to crisp-tender stage. Skillet can be covered to cook at low heat. Serve meat, vegetables and juices in bowl with rice. Serve with soy sauce.
