2 lb. beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. onion, minced
1/4 c. butter
2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) beef bouillon
1/4 c. catsup
2 small cloves garlic, crushed
1 t. salt
1/3 c. flour
2 c. sour cream
Hot cooked rice or noodles

In skillet cook and stir mushrooms & onion in butter til onion is tender; remove from pan, and in the same skillet brown meat light on both sides.
Set aside 3/4 cup bouillon; add remaining bouillon, the catsup, garlic and salt to skillet; stir to mix. Cover & simmer 15 minutes.
Blend reserved bouillon & flour. Stir into meat mixture. Add mushrooms and onion. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute. Stir in sour cream, heat (do not boil). Serve over rice.
