6 whole chicken breasts
2 c. sour cream
3 T. lemon juice
4 t. Worestershire sauce
4 t. celery salt
2 t. paprika
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. shortening

Cut chicken breasts in half. Rinse in cold water; pat dry. In large bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well. Add chicken to sour cream marinade covering each piece well. Cover bowl; refrigerate overnight. Lightly grease 2 jelly roll pans or 2 13x9" cake pans. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove chicken from marinade; roll chicken in bread crumbs. Arrange in single layer in prepared pans. Discard marinade. In small saucepan, melt butter and shortening; spoon 1/3 cup evenly over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Spoon remaining butter mixture over chicken. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
