1 Cup boiling water
1/2 Cup Wesson Oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup sifted alll purpose flour
4 eggs, Unbeaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees
In a 2 quart saucepan, bring water to a boil- Simmer add oil, salt and flour. Cook stirring vigorously until ball is formed. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time beating after each egg added until smooth and glossy.
Drop by tablespoons on un-oiled cookie sheet, 2 " apart.
Bake for 45 minutes if large in size, check after 25 minutes.
May be frozen.
