1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp poultry seasoning
12 slices bread, cubed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 pounds hamburger
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
2 dashes Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl dilute one can of the mushroom soup with the milk. Add onion, celery, salt pepper, poultry seasoning and bread.. Mix well and let stand overnight in refrigerator. When you are ready to bake, in a separate container, mix together hamburger, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Combine with dressing mixture that has been in the refrigerator. Put in a greased deep baking dish. Pour the second can of mushroom soup over the meat mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 375º F.
