1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 hard cooked egg
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash pepper
1/2 cup chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together mayonaise and cream cheese. Add parsley, onion, garlic, pepper and chopped egg white. Mix well. Sprinkle sieved egg yolk on top. Serve with assorted raw vegetables.
