1 stick butter
6 cups thinly sliced Vidalia Onions
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1 can cream of mushroon soup
3/4 cup Pepperidge Farm© cornbread stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a large heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat, melt the stick of butter. Add the 6 cups of thinly sliced onions and slowly cook until transluscent. Be careful not to let the onions brown. When the onions are cooked, add the sour cream, mushroom soup and stuffing mix and stir until well combined.
Pour into a greased casserole dish. Garnish with some of the crushed stuffing mix. Bake at 350ºF
until lightly browned and bubbly.
