1 small basket cherry or grape tomatoes
3/4 cups mayonnaise
1 bunch green onions
4 or 5 strips cooked crisp bacon


Directions:
Directions:
Cut off the blossom end of each tomato and scoop out the seeds. (The tomatoes will sit on the stem end.) Turn upside down on paper towels to absorb some of the liquid.
Finely chop the bacon and the green part of the green onions. You can cut these up with a kitchen shears.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the bacon and green onion. Stuff each tomato with the mayonnaise mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
