3 Tbsp. yeast, dissolved in ½ c. warm water
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. water
1 c. honey
8 c. whole wheat flour
4 eggs, beaten
5 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and dissolve in warm water, set aside.
Mix milk, water, honey, salt and eggs. In large mixing bowl measure flour and make a well in flour and add the milk mixture, then add the yeast.
Mix well, knead and let rise. Mold into loaves and Bake 1 hour @350º.

This recipe came from Wanda Heaps, a neighbor in Teasdale. This is a great whole wheat bread.
I bake it in round cans (saved -large juice cans with one end cut out).
