3 T margarine
2 cans corned beef hash
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated cheese - Cheddar or Monterey Jack
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 T flour
1/2 tsp dry mustard
dash garlic powder
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Coat a 9" pie plate with margarine. Mix hash and 1 beaten egg. Press into plate to form crust. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes. Sauté onion in 3 T margarine. Layer cheese, onion and vegetables in crust. Beat remaining eggs, evaporated milk, flour, mustard, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over mixture in crust. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes until set. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
