1 cup water
2 lbs stew meat or roast, cubed
2 cans stewed tomatoes
4 med potatoes, cut up
3 carrots, cut up
3 stalks celery, cut up
1 onion, chopped
1 envelope au jus mix
1 T sugar
1 T salt
4 T tapioca
pepper

Bake at 350º for 2 hours or cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
