10-12 ounces Diet Root Beer Soda
2- TBS Fat Free or Lite Cool Whip (or other whipped topping)

Put the Cool Whip into the glass first, then gently and slowly add the soda..this will foam over if you are not careful...When the glass is full, insert a straw and mix the soda and whipped topping gently. Enjoy! This tastes just like the REAL thing with lots less calories!
