1 - 8 oz. sour cream
2 T. lemon juice
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 t paprika
1.4 t celery salt
1/4 t pepper
8 med. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 - 8 oz herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. In shallow bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, paprika, celery salt, and pepper.
2. Lightly pound chicken so they are equal thickness.
3. Dip chicken into sour cream mix to coat. Then coat with stuffing.
4. Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish (not touching) and drizzle butter over.
5. Bake 375 degress for 25 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.

This recipe can be reduced, and I often only make it for my husband and myself. I use Pepperidge Farms stuffing, but make sure it is the chopped stuffing!!! Sometimes I omit the melted butter on top, or use spray butter!
