Ingredients:  
4 slices of bacon
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 - 16 oz. can of each: kidney beans, pork & beans, baby lima beans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook bacon in a skillet. Remove bacon saving fat in pan.
2. Saute onions in bacon grease until limp, but not brown.
3. Add vinegar, ketchup, and brown sugar to pan.
4. Heat through, stirring frequently.
5. Rinse and drain beans, put in large casserole dish, and add sauce.
6. Bake 350 for 1 hour.

This is a yummy alternative to baked beans!!! Instead of lima beans, I have used a second can of kidney beans and it is just as good. Enjoy!!!
