1 c. rice, uncooked
1 lb. ground beef- hamburger
1/2 c. celery
1 medium onion
1 pkg dry Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup mix ( can substitute Lipton Onion Soup mix if perfer).
Water according to soup directions

Directions:
Brown ground beef with chopped onion and celery. Salt and pepper to taste.
Put above mixture in baking dish and add rice and soup mix. Add the amount of water that the soup mix requires.
Bake @ 350º for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
