8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 pint of sour cream
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon lemon juice
pepper
pinch of celery seed
1 teaspoon onion soup mix
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 lb. margarine
1/4 lb. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sour cream, paprika, lemon juice, pepper, celery seed, and onion soup mix and marinate chicken in it overnight. Roll chicken in bread crumbs and let set for one hour. Mix 1/4 lb. margarine and 1/4 butter. Melt half of mixture in bottom of jelly roll pan. Place chicken in pan and pour remaining melted butter mixture over chicken. Cover with foil and bake in 350º oven for 1/2 hour. Uncover, baste and bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes longer.
