1 lb round steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. salad oil
1 onion
1 green pepper
4 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 c. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into thin strips. Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and oil and add to meat in frying pan. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer for 30 minutes. Thinly slice vegetables and turn meat on high. Stir in vegetables and toss and cook until tender. Add 1 Tbsp cornstarch to 1 cup water and pour into meat and vegetables, cook until slightly thick. Serve over cooked rice
