"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast (As many as you have eaters)
Jar of Aflredo Sauce (1 jar per about 6 breasts)
Tomato (1 per breast)
Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken breasts in pan in one layer. Does best if the chicken is not stacked on top of each other. Salt and pepper chicken to taste. Pour alfredo sauce on top of chicken. Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees until chicken is basically done. I have left it in the oven as long as 2 hours and it just gets more tender. You can start with frozen chicken breasts and it works fine too. About thirty minutes before you want to eat take the foil off of the chicken. Slice the tomotoes and lay then flat across the top of the chicken. You want to cover most of the chicken with the tomatoes. Top the tomatoes with a thick layer of parmesan cheese. Continue to cook, uncovered, at 350 for about 30 more minutes. You want the tomatoes to cook thoroughly, but not get so mushy you can't get them on the fork.
