CAKE:
1 1/4 C boiling water
1 4 oz. bar Sweet German Chocolate
1 C. quick oats
1 1/4 C. flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 C butter or margarine
1 C. sugar
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs

TOPPING:
6 T. butter
1/2 c brn sugar
1/2 C canned milk
1 c. coconut
1 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water over oats, butter and chocolate and stir to melt. Stir in other ingredients and pour into greased and floured large, oblong baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35- 40 min.
Topping:
Bring to a boil the butter, canned milk, and brown sugar. Remove from heat and stir in the coconut and nuts. Spread over cooled cake.
