1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. gated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Heat milk for 2 minutes on high and set aside. In a seperate container melt butter for 1 minute on high. Stir in flour then heat for 1 minute on high. Briskly stir in milk and mix well. Cook on high for 2 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Stir in cheddar cheese.
