Ingredients:
12 eggs
a little milk
vanilla
cinnamon
bread

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the 8 eggs with a little milk to make them fluffy. Add vanilla and cinnamon to taste. In my opinion..the more the better! I usually have to add cinnamon several times to make me happy!!

Heat your skillet, frying pan, or griddle not too hot, not too cool.

Dip the bread into the egg mixture and fry on each side until golden brown

Personal Notes:
Mom didn't much use cinnamon in her French toast. It was my own addition as I took over the French toast making! As far as knowing exactly how much bread to use, you have to remember, we LOVED French toast and there were 6 of us! You just cook until everyone is full or it's all gone!!!
